In this workshop, we’ll explore the effects of different herbs for external use and you'll get to create your own bag of foot bath salts to warm and nurture your feet during the cold season.
The workshop price includes guidance, herbal instructions to take home, and one bath salt blend. If you wish, you can make additional blends for a €4 material fee each.
The workshop will be held at Stilte’s cozy rental point at Hickarö Jääkärimaja.
