Poetry Stretching

Welcome to combine the wellness benefits of nature, gentle yoga stretches, and the inspiring works of Finnish poets in this low-threshold poetry stretching class! Start your day with a gentle moment for yourself.

The movements are yin yoga-inspired long stretches, where we linger while listening to nature and poetry. The movements are simple and relaxing, mostly done sitting or standing. No prior experience with yoga or guided stretching is required to join the class!

Stretching can be arranged in nature or at a location of your choice. Any travel expenses may be charged in addition to the service price.
